Cancellation Policy for Land Package:

• Cancellation received 31 days or more before the tour start date: 20% of the total tour package cost will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation received between 16 to 30 days before the tour start date: 50% of the total tour package cost will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation received between 6 to 15 days before the tour start date: 75% of the total tour package cost will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation received between 0 to 5 days before the tour start date: 100% of the total tour package cost will be deducted as a cancellation fee.

Booking Polic

• 30% Payment Required for the Booking Confirmation.
• Balance payment to be paid 7 days before arrival or as decided by mutual understanding.

Important Notes:

• Check-In Time 02:00 Hours (Noon) | Check-out time 12:00 Hours at all the properties.
• No Refund or Compensation for any unused services or transport in any kind of circumstance.
• No changes in the date of travel once booked.
• Return airport and round-trip transfers along with all sightseeing tours by Non-Ac Innova | Tempo Traveller as per the itinerary
• Food menu as per availability of vegetables based on Buffet | Fixed menus.
• Child below 5 Years of age will be complimentary.
• Prepaid SIM cards of other districts of India will not work in Jammu & Kashmir/Ladakh Region.
• Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
• Pickup & Drop Will Be Done By Eco Vans From May To June End.
• During The Peak Season Suv’s Do Not Accommodate More Than 4 Pax In 1 Vehicle. If In Case Such Issue Arises Then We Will Have To Provide Additional Suvs And The Client Will Have To Pay Extra Charges For The Same.
• Generally During The Peak Season There Is A Shortage Of Tempo Traveller. Despite Of Pre-Booking The Tempo Union Allots The Tempo Travellers 1 Day Prior To The Arrival Date. In Such Case If The Union Is Unable To Provide Tempo Traveller They’ll Provide Suv’s Against Which The Additional Cost Will Be Borne By The Guest.
• Prices can fluctuate during peak season dates. (Christmas, New Year and any events).
• Any expense incurred or loss caused by reasons beyond our control such as bad weather, natural calamities (landslides, floods), flight delays / rescheduling / cancellations, any accidents / medical evacuations, riots/strikes/war, & etc

Protected area permit to citizen of following countries have to be obtained from the Ministry of Home Affairs / Ministry of External Affairs Govt. of India, New Delhi. The District Magistrate / Additional District Magistrate will not issue the Protected Area Permit without the prior approval of the above Ministries’.They are requested to obtain the Protected Area Permit / Inner Line permit from the Ministry of Home Affairs/ Ministry of External Affairs Govt. of India, New Delhi.
